If you use YouTube and are on a keto diet then you will have inevitably found Keto Connect with Matt and Megha. When I started the Keto diet, their YouTube channel was one of the ones I frequented quite often.
My favourite recipe from their YouTube channel is the 1 Minute Keto Microwave Bread. I would have this with lashings of butter and topped with peanut butter…yummo! I’ve added the video below if you want to make it too.
Their recipes are always spot on. So I thought it was worth adding as the first book to our Keto and Carnivore diet collection.
The book includes over 100 recipes that are simple and easy. Plus, every recipe has a photo. I must admit I tend not to buy recipe books unless there are lots of images.
Most importantly, each recipes has the carbs, fat, protein, calories and fiber quantities so you can easily manage your macros.
